I thought I saw them squinting

and smirking to themselves

where I a grumpy seventh dwarf

and they like tiny elves

self-conscious as a little boy

the bulge, the school, and me

the curse of over-lapping thighs

'I'm fat!' they all could see

as I grew further from my legs

now thin from feet to crutch

embarassed still by rising bulge

my buttocks moved too much

that sorted out as did the legs

but puberty was here

a strange unpredictable rising bulge

was then my greatest fear

climbing up to midrift

bulging over belt

it'll be good bloody riddance

to this new wobble that I'm dealt

had I pleaded to anyone

the prosecution would have flown

my mind brought on the whole damn case

but the trial remained unknown

I wonder where the bulge will go

in the years that lie ahead

I suspect it's rising curiously

to create the fattest head
