User pays

It seems to be a good idea- you pay for what you get

it works with meat and veg quite well and with gas and fuel and yet

what if you were busting for a number one or two

and you could't find a toilet so you called out "where's the loo?'

An old man winced and raised his eyes from the form that he had lost

"Rose coloured economic rationalistic glasses is how they see the cost!

No more national parks and such or swimming at clean beaches

no foyers, art or ABC or zoological creatures

"Funny though", the old man said, he liked three running in the second

"we all pay for fuckin needles and the result is what you'd reckon

we used to have conveniences in the middle of the town

but the council found some needles there so they closed the dunnies down!"

I had looked over trendy economic thought with a view to following it

but this seemed to give new meaning to " I don't give a shit!"
